my other, non shopee account number suddenly received a random whatsapp message saying i won something. i know its a scam so i toy with him a little then tell him to fuck off. then i receive a shopee OTP from official shopee saying i am trying to create account. what kind of scam is in play here?  even if i gave him the otp (which i didnt) what can the scammer do by creating a brand new account using my number?
