The better way to promote it would be to include more top up options rather than one- online banking only.
Even Lazada offers a wide range of ways: cash at 7eleven/99speedmart, credit card, debit card, including online banking.

Shopee's e-wallet feels like babby's first online shopping wallet, inflexible and archaic.

I am not really surprise, unscrupulous seller tried to pull a fast one. But am really disappointed with shopee agent and service provided.

Few of my shipments status show "Item undeliverable. Collect after MCO: 7 days PLaju / 14 days parcel. Contact AskPos: www.pos.com.my" - what does it mean? I have to collect the item after MCO? Funny part is I ordered few items from the same seller and items all arrived in the facility on the same day. Then Post Laju only delivered one item and rest of them are updated to this status. Any advice?

Collection period at our offices will be extended for all items received at our window delivery from 17-14 April 2020. Extension period are as below:

Poslaju - storage period until 20 April 2020
Pos Parcel/ Pos Ekspress - storage period until 27 April 2020
Registered/ Flexipack / I-Card - storage period until 28 April 2020

All mail items addressed to premises declared Closed throughout MCO period will be temporary held at our Mail Delivery Center. However, customer can still self-collect the item at the Window Delivery Counter.

Shopee games are now debt trap to cheat customer's shopee coins via gambling style of getting "resume button" after a game or monopoly ended. The resume button is not cheap, costs much more shopee coins that customer can earn from winning. Things like this also want to scam customers? Those didn't notice would end up losing all the cashback coins gained from purchases when they clicked resume button without noticing the shopee coins symbol & number.

Guys, what the hell is wrong with the Shopee app? Now I can’t purchase anything cause it claims that I don’t have an address??? And when I try to add again since it directs me to those address details page, after I key in everything and then submit it says error occurred??

Was doing my groceries shopping and my shopee cart was already very full but was so pissed off with either fs or cb i ended up buying everything from lazada, eventhough i have to re-do adding to cart for EVERY single items of them. Didn't even care abt the prices. Just add add add add then apply shipping voucher/discount, and straight away pay.
That's how u teach them the lesson.

Yes, lazada grocery store. I know my package will come in multiple packages, and i will have to keep track of every single packages till all safely arrived, but i don't really care. Lulz.
