Seller cancel order will affect their performance. High cancellation may lead to suspension of preferred seller or even limit seller product.

If both refuse to cancel, the order will auto cancelled 1 day after the expected ship out date and buyer get refund immediately, seller will also be penalised just as same as sellee cancel order

i would rather let seller cancel and get penalized. or if u want faster, then send the screenshot to shopee livechat. sellers not supposed to ask buyer to cancel.

Yes, recently have dispute for partial item for refund and I get coins for the other items. I didn't really calculate the worthiness of refund + vouchers used + coins used + delivery + etc as it was just few ringgit kind of difference.

I have an order that I requested for refund due to 1 unit less. Refund request has been accepted but no coin cashback credited (used 88% coin cashback voucher), CS told that it will be credited within 24 hours after the request. Is it so?

I'm not sure if quantity is less. Mine is one unit each, multiple products and missing one complete product.

BTW, the missing product arrived today 

i bought a charger and "delivered" by J&T Express. Despatch self-signed the package and never reached me.

Shoppee disputed my case because got last-4 IC number signed (not my IC number).

If did not receive an order completely, it is a full refund and I think all vouchers are burned. Coins depends whether is auto refunded or else have to contact Shopee CS together with the voucher issue.

Mine is partial incomplete. I did check again now to verify and I do receive partial coins for received items and credited into my account.

My assumption is due to partial, we already enjoy or use up the vouchers already, so there is no partial voucher refund.
Also in my case, the vouchers are normally near expiry already. By that time, even if they refund the voucher, it is way past the expiry date.
