Anyone having issue with order from J&T sunway carnival penang? My item got stuck there with no update for more than a week

I have noticed that the 88% coins cash back voucher (both for all sellers and selected sellers) last for an hour or two at the 8pm to 12mn slot. Is that the usual case?

Otherwise, if you do want to use the free shipping and 88% or whatever x.x cash back voucher, you need to be absolutely on the dot. Like clock hit 12, straight use or else gone.

Shouldn't have clicked Received until you're satisfied with the product or service. Have you contact their CS?

Anyone has issue with Shopee pay?

Wired...since ShopeePay can't use just now , but the foc delivery for 8.8 is 99% used use.... looks like cheating...

Shopee seems to tier their users and less active users’ 88% cashback and hourly reward vouchers don’t get fully redeemed as fast. 

My sibling who doesn’t buy often can still use the vouchers when it is shown as fully redeemed in my Shopee app.

If I cancel order in shopee, will I get the store voucher back? Forgot to add the free gift when order.

Hi guys, if i bought an item and applied 10% coin cashback voucher, then after received the item, requested partial refund as compensation due to defects, will i still get 10% coins cashback on the net purchase price?

The voucher is still comply with the t&c after deducting the partial refund.

But now i did not receive any coin for this order, my completed order page no longer got the coins earning details, previously before the partial refund it shown there the amount of coins i would be earning..

they replied my email, telling me this bs reason and then closed my case, i ask A they answer B 

"Good day to you and thank you for contacting Shopee. My name is abc and I'll be assisting you with your query.

However, we are sorry to inform you that we are unable to assist you further due to our system showed you are not using any coins to purchase the order ID that you given to us."

then i called them to ask, but according to them, if do partial refund then can no longer earn coins from the applied cashback voucher.

your order got few items or 1 item only? i tried before got few items then full refund for 1 item, the remaining items can still earn coins.

but now my order only involved 1 item, do partial refund on that item due to defects, get my compensation partial refund, but then no longer can earn coins, i am still in loss afterall 

Can't understand why some people in other thread said nowadays when buying in Shopee must use FS voucher to get free shipping. I mean all this while we're using voucher to get free shipping no? Or was the rules were different few years ago?
