Disputes here and there.. need send back item and all.. 😩
China seller easier.. Request refund, they just approved.. 😆

For lazada, i request refund because item not complete, imagine bought wireless door bell (battery type), what came was reemote & mounting screws and all.. in the set box, the main bell missing.

1st request was rejected by lazada cs.. I dont know y,.🤔 .
I request 2nd time it was approved..

I think that selected all item grey out started recently..
B4 this its working fine, can just untick select all..
I think not android version related, mine latest android also have this problem

yaa.. that thing kinda bug.. last time all is well.. if got more than 99 items in cart, it wont select all.
now it will select some item in cart.. most probably 20 items max, because if u try select all, popup will mention only less than 20 item can be selected.

come to think of it, maybe shopee updated somewhere in cart for 20 max item selection only.. last time dont have..

btw, i like to keep items in cart too... haha...

i got 1 notification from jnt, damaged parcel (11.11 buying). shopee notification requested me to file for refund.
the item is held at jnt hub for damaged parcel.
i got my full refund.

anyway, my area jnt and shopee express the fastest.

donno.. its updated in shopee notification, parcel damaged held in jnt hub. maybe when arrived hub already damaged (bought 6x 1L milk). it did not arrived to me yet.
yep, in the noti it ask me to request refund.

the order milk in separated order arrived successfully.
even the courier man already me.. some times they call if no one at home and i just ask them to place behind the post box wall inside gate.

Yeah.. used to be auto calculate with shipping voucher applied, only need to topup exact amount..
After some updated version it was removed.. need calculate before topup.. and extra some buffer.

Btw, now shopee malaysia also flooded with Indonesia seller.. haih... 😒

I think maybe the 'ninja' keep the parcel if cant deliver that day.. so continue 'out for delivery' next next day until delivered..

Shopee Express not express at all.
item received at PJ HUB, keep there a week not moving.. after email/submit delivery problem, then baru moving.. the next day arrive area hub and delivered at evening.

last time it was ok.
will be 2nd choice after JnT.
i think maybe MCO .. so become super slow..

JnT is the fastest at my area. if no problem (weather or damage parcel) around 2-3 days delivered (if from other states)

now the worse is shopee, cant select courier anymore..

Time to move on from shitpee.. my mother acc i think got banned already.. cant use any vouchers anymore..

yeah.. last time it will calculate on 'item' only.. directly can apply FS voucher even wallet ngam2 item price..
after a while shopee decided to based on 'gross' total.. need topup wallet more than total price.. (sometimes after FS apply, still have minimal shipping charge).
i guess they want to 'keep' ur money inside wallet for them to 'invest'..
