Chilaka some of my account can use free delivery + voucher some can't .

Both already reached my area delivery hub but they just sit there doing nothing 🤦🏻‍♂️

for RM15 free shipping voucher. If i buy thing around rm15 and apply shop voucher so the price go below rm15, will i still enjoy free shipping?

means you can? i tried, also cannot apply if final price lower than rm15

So irresponsible. Aren't suppose to make up your mind before decided to purchase something.

My account has been permanently suspended. Can anyone tell me why? I did everything right.

One phone one account. I only have one account.

During 12.12, I bought in bulk some milk products. I also asked my friends to use their accounts to help me to buy and send to my address which I paid them back promptly.

Is this the reason for my accounts to be suspended? Anybody has experiences on this?

The amount I bought is

4 accounts. Each account 3 purchases - midnight, noon and 8pm.

Each purchase contains 6 cans of milk.

Each time successfully get shop voucher and 12% rebate.

72 cans altogether.

Did the mistake of putting same name, same hp no and same address.

I do have 2 accounts. Mine and husband. Two different gadgets, both ic verified. Since 2018. Deliver to same name and address, never face problem. Guess this time I went overboard. 😞

on the other note, who can finish 72 cans of milk

so yesterday i did around rm6.2k payment in one cart with multiple items. turns out one of the item cost rm720 has 10% rebate i forgot to claim.

can i cancel this individual item and replace the order? how will it affect my instalment plan in my credit card? will it automatically adjust and i dont lose out any penalty etc

anyone encounter shop who doesn't want to sell the item because of usage of voucher and coins for discount?
i want to buy a memory card. RM15. after apply voucher and coins, less than RM10. seller don't want to sell by not sending it.
