first time paying bill (syabas) via shopeepay, but my syabas portal shown no payment in after 4 days.
usually it will take how long ?

Make sure you click receive order after payment in Shopee.

guys, now if i want to return the item, no need to wait for seller approval? because just now i click refund, it straight away give the barcode to scan for return..

Can the Maybank CC bank voucher (min spend RM 120)  be used with several products from diff sellers , as long as total checkout exceeds RM120 ?

eg.  RM 45 (seller 1) + RM80 (seller 2) = total RM 125

Recently I faced 2 x cancelled transactions from Shopee but not yet refunded, usually is fast except this time. I paid via credit card..

- 1 transaction I paid via cc and canx immediately due to wrong address selected and I proceeded to re-order. I received 2 confirmation email, did not receive the cancellation email. Is this normal? It's been almost 12 days now, and this cancelled order contains orders from 3 sellers so little difficult to show the order was canx as they are shown in separate orders in my cancellation listing.

- another cancelled order was from Shopeefood, I thought the transaction was successfuly as I entered TAC and received msg from the bank. However from SF it shows payment timeout and was cancelled. I was charged for the transaction, I did make another same order thereafter. So now I was charged twice in the end. Contacted CS just asked me to wait..

Yes, according to tnc, there's no coin refund for partial refund. However, that rule is unfair, right? So, when it happened to me, I called customer service, made some noise and asked for the coins back. Did you try to contact customer service? Please keep me updated if you don't mind.

Seems like Shopee is changing SPayLater. For BNPL, 1.5% will be charged starting from 17th October. And your account will be frozen if there are any late payments.

If Lotus auto assigned PosLaju I'm gonna shop there next time. Last night I'm shook uniklo gave me PosLaju it's my first time shop there.
