Has anyone tried to claim and complaint to CS about the incorrect coins given (applied coins cashback voucher) for a purchase orders?

If yes, did you successfully claim back the coins expected?

I was met with a few really dumb CS sending me on merry go round and kept telling me that per their system checking there was no coins cashback voucher applied to my order. But the thing is, from my end i can see that the voucher has already been "Used" (not Expired or Invalid) and i have indeed used it and i can see the coins credited to my account is only half of the coins I expected (i applied the 100% coins cashback btw). and there was only one purchase order on that day.

Ok finally got it. Everything was ready. Went in within two or three seconds.

However in my first buy last midnight, I realised that in doing things quickly I got the wrong specs. So this affected two items. First item I cancel I got insta refund. Second item I refund say the seller got 2 days. Is this normal? Btw that specs the seller don’t have so I need to buy another.

Me too got a total of 3 free shipping vouchers only. But my friend got 7. According to Shopee, d number of free shipping voucher will b given is based on some specific criterias since April. No wonder I got only 2 monthly FSV last month. I think those inactive or underspend a/c will receive more FSV.

Besides, I always fail to grab d daily rm6 FSV but no problem for my friend. I wonder Shopee also block me from utilizing daily FSV too.

If say I only have 1 free shipping voucher.
On 6.6 , if in 1 order have 5 different merchants (all  free shipping merchants), will i get free shipping from all 5 merchants or only from 1 merchant?

Does vouchers return back for Unpaid items? I checked out 1 cart but decided to abort the Online Banking payment page. Will the vouchers applied be returned once this unfulfilled payment expires?
