I just bought a new ps4 pro and I have the model number of the ps4 along with the serial number (15 digits) .
I tried going online to register for my ps4 but it keeps saying my serial number is incorrect.

I triple check that I have entered the correct serial number, as shown from the box but yet it doesn't work and I am also using Chrome as the browser.

Does anyone encounter this before? Any solution to this problem??

I just contacted the Playstation support.

They told me we cannot register for now because the bundle is still new just came out. Gotta wait at least 2 weeks first before registering it.
