it doesnt matter. just chat with customer service. they will ask student card and email. yesterday i gave them my wife's ID.

in checkout, im using my credit card, no issues.

But I guess at least we must use a real student ID either from friend or relative la.... I am grad long time ago. Unless some of you willing to borrow me your ID tongue.gif

I think Maybank/Lenovo system got issue yesterday night. Tried again just now, and it is able to process my order without any problem.

Why don't install by yourself? It's quite easy

I tried to open the back cover, but it seems hard to open the cover, plus already "create" few scratches after many attempts...

Do you have the video guide on how to open the back cover? The youtube videos that I watch were not helpful enough...

The back cover is not easy to open, need to apply some force to it (gently). Once you pulled up the sides it can be removed. Be careful not to destroy the clips at side (I broke them)
*
You destroyed the clips? Is it serious? I might want to search again on the video tutorials on how to open the back cover...
