So I used to have a lower back injury 2 years ago (towards right side) from deadlifting with an arched back. But some chiro visits later its better. Sometimes will feel tingly but rarely any pain.

Ever since started desk job my leg feels funny and tired ish after a long day. Feels scary that my right leg might just fail on me one day haha. What are soem recommendations or exercises to do? I stopped chiro but lately heard alot about this Master Chris Leung doing traditional chinese chiro..

Unlikely due to spine problem.

Likely compression of nerve and vessel to leg due to
1. Stuff inside the back pocket
2. Sitting posture
3. Sitting for too long
4. The chair

So some changes to the above mentioned should help

Seek for physiotherapy treatment, it will help, we will teach u and create an program for u. Chiropractic is more passive treatment, whereas physiotherapy is more on active, meaning we will teach u how to fix urself. Is more cost effective, and will save u a lot.

Trust me, I'm a physiotherapist.

Physios can get really expensive initially when they require diagnosis of MRI/CAT scan and all sad.gif .. and then the follow up sessions are also costly.. Any recommendations for cheaper alternatives/physio? I am just a broke college student sad.gif .. Ill ask my parents about insurance btw..

And as of lately i think it might be spine compression.. I was jsut sitting normally infront of PC just now and felt a jolt of pain when I slouched at a certain angle... i think it may be the spine compressing my nerves? man im very afraid.. sad.gif

Do you have a pool in your college? When I had issues with my back, doctor prescribed me to do aquatic exercises for a month, which helped me a lot.
Also, be careful with your posture. If you feel pain in your back when you're working, it's better to take a break and lie down (if it's possible) on a floor.

Definitely think u would need a ct/mri scan to find out d root cause. but since finance is an issue for u, jz cont v chiro first if u can afford.

If u don't have any life/medical insurance, I suggest u start looking for one first before u do any hospital checkup, cz once you have hospital history, insurance might not cover u anymore.

I've slip disc n my insurance can't cover me for cases relating to my back.

Hope u get well soon

I didn't go for surgery as it's not advised by doctors, they suggested physiotherapy n I went for about 6wks rehab twice a week, would say about 80% recovery.

It doesn't heal, just gotta take care n do some light stretching once in awhile. It's been 4yrs, will only feel pain/discomfort if I don't do the exercises, but overall I'm feeling good 😊

My father 70YO experiencing hand/foot pain (sort like joint/bone pain) for pass two months sometimes pain until can’t even sleep at night and felt like no energy at all even holding chopstick also cannot..

He had tried for acupuncture but the pain still on/off like good for 2/3 days and it comes back. Any recommendations which doctor/orthopedics in KL/SEL area which is good on diagnose this kind of issue?

How's your lower back pain now? Managed to do anything about it? Curious as I'm suffering lower back pain for 3-4 days now, took pain killers but doesn't seem to help shakehead.gif
