Anyone here experiencing the same issue where you made the payment but there is a booking error afterwards?

Checked bank account and money was deducted.

i dont know about other bank
if m2u u can check your transaction history
the booking code will be there

One of my fb friends list also encounter same problem with you. He paid via PFX, the money already deducted but AisAsia system stated payment still pending. Maybe got problem with AirAsia booking system or both of you are same person 😁

If your booking is confirmed then your payment went to AA. Else there was a screwup somewhere. Check with your bank

you have BIG id right? just recheck the booking under there. it should show confirm.

Good lucky dude ......it took me 2 months to get the money bank in back to me

The CSD also sohai upcar .....told me its not valid the booking ask me repurchase...after repurchase suddenly tell valid ....then i say now i got 2 ticket macam mana? Cut me to half so i can occupy 2 seats ? Then they ask fill in form file complain for refund one of the ticket.

Spam facebook, twitter, chatbox and even go the office .....

Then after 2 months only transfer back to me RM203

Better pay with CC. If no CC, use BigPay debit CC. Kena once b4 with BigPay. Transaction failed, money deducted. Called BigPay and they sorted out with AA.

Found out later, both belong to same company group. No wonder la.

Under manage bookings, you sure you login your ID before buying?
If till now you got no FPX email saying paid it is weird,
Mine was 30min FPX email then the booking confirmation email was 2 hour after bought the ticket
