MizGlamour, Dont worry... for the first few days, u just eat porridge, noodles, oat or anything soft and easy to swallow. I understand that it can be a bit worried thinking dunno whether u can eat those food that u usually like.
Just give yourself a week to get use to ur new set of 'accessories'. After that when u're more comfortable, u may slowly explore other food. But u hav to find a another way to eat them. U hav to cut them into smaller piece for u to put into ur mouth and chew. Reason being its bcos ur front teeth wont hav much strength to rip and detach the food. You will even find it hard to bite off sandwiches. But if u cut them into smaller piece, it should be alright.
Remember, dont try to rip meat off from chicken drumstick. cut them first.
Dont worry about the 'painful' part where other ppl may hav told you. Its not that bad. I dont feel any pain when i had mine on. Just tight. And the first few days, u will find difficulties to speak properly. U will not be able to pronounce some words. I cant say "BRACES" correctly for a while. It turn out "brey- shus". hehehe...
Anywayz, good luck!
