Haha, same here.
Woow, haha dreaming for food!!! Maybe ur sleeping posture ( head) is facing the pillow. That what I love to do haha, hope won't break my bracket.

Haha don't worry. I think my bracket dropping has nothing to do with eating one.
I eat on the right side only, but the left bracket dropped tongue.gif
You can try eating rice already biggrin.gif

My first week I ate porridge only. cry.gif
Then now is my third week, I've already eat rice normally. tongue.gif

I can see very small progress on two teeth, which moved outward a few mm and now almost same height with my two front teeth tongue.gif
Can't wait for next week, maybe time for me to do teeth extraction already.

It's a very tiny improvement though, but enough to make me happy in between all the tense I'm having right now (not due to the braces though).

As I use to have straight white teeth. However as I glow older, i do not know why
my front bottom 3 teeth start change it direction. it does not look obvious even when I am talking to other.
but I am afraid it will go worst. Do you all think i should put on a brace? rclxub.gif

I eat everything including steak, I mean those tender ones la.

I only brush my teeth twice a day, which is morning and before sleep. Other times, I just gargle with water after meal. Just make sure you really brush your teeth thoroughly the 2 times, will do. That's what I have been doing, so far is ok for me...

Added on April 28, 2010, 2:48 pmi would like to ask about experience with wisdom tooth extraction. what will determine whether it will be with or without surgery? I heard the cost, as well as, the healing process are very big difference.

Dr. How advised me to extract my 1 and only wisdom tooth, which is at lower left. I wonder how painful will it be and how long will it take to heal. I haven't experienced any surgical extraction before.

all seniors here, i'm in deep depressed and confused now and i really hope for ur help and advice here.....my story sounds like tis.....

i've been thinking of wearing braces many years ago, but unfortunately, i din get much support from many family and frenz....for my parent, obviously they are worrying bout the cost of the braces (fyi, i'm still a student and i cant afford to pay by myself)....and as for my frenz, everytime i told them, they gave me tis answer " put for wat??? i dun thk its necessary, u r just wasting money" .....but they just dono how bad i feel when i saw my teeth in a mirror or photo......i dun even have d confident to smile nicely in front of people....they just don't know...in my case,it's just my two upper front teeth are crooked and others are going well..so i was thinking of just wearing on the upper part

till recently, my parent finally agree for me to put on braces...i was so damn happy coz i've been begging them for quite a long time....den i went for consultation yesterday...the doctor started check my teeth, and i ask her whether can i just wear for upper part only.....she said no, giving the answer dat 1 of my teeth in bottom is touching the upper part when i bite off....and she said if i wana put on braces, i would have to put on both up and down...i was so shocked to hear that, coz i only thinking of wearing upper part...and moreover, it would be more costly to wear bothsides, and my parent will sure refuse coz tis is not wat i promised them earlier....

wana ask seniors here izit true dat when i bite, d bottom teeth shall not be touching upper teeth.....i dun really believe in her words tho....coz i really dun thk i nid to wear braces at bottom coz its already straight enough....

hello, i think u should get 2nd opinion from another orthodontists, since u r not confident in the earlier 1. most orthodontists will hope to give u the most perfect results. we might see no problem but they as the experts might think that it's not perfect enough.

hi there....erm...actually i din mention up thr....afta d 1st 1, i went to another dentist for consultation.....tis time, he told me dat, yes i can juz wear on d upper part only, and he said thrs no problem with my lowers ........d problem is, tis doctor looks abit strange, and d way he talks and explain things to me doesnt sounds like a professional dentist...somehow, he talks like a salesman who keep on talk nonsense in front of me....i tried ask him, if i'm going to do braces at here, which type of braces ur going to use...he gave me tis answer:

Doctor : aiya !!! every braces oso same d, as long as u got money, u wnt which type of braces, wnt wat colour oso can.....d most important thgs is d outcome ma !!!!

Me : hehe, but i heard thrs 1 new system called damon system, seems like will have faster treatment o...can i do dat ??

Doctor : oo..dat system ar?? hiya, actually dat system juz work d same like d traditional wnt la.....since it both work d same, why would u have to pay more for dat.??...juz do d traditional want ok lor......d most important thg u nid to know bout braces is, FIRST, u MUST EXTRACT TEETH..DUNWAN extract teeth, den dun do braces....Second, you must do it for at least 2 years!!, U kenot tahan 2 years, den dun do braces oso...Next, must have enough money..braces cost 5000, if u cant pay, den dun thk bout braces....

i was like totally speechless wif wat he said....and it is so obvious he is NOT a professional dentist..currently still seeking for another dentist for me to consult...... cry.gif cry.gif
