Hi all, just bought the oneplus 6 red (a6000). First oneplus phone for me and now im having problem. Just want to check with you all sifu, anyone got the call quality problem? Like when people called in, they cant really hear me or need to speak directly at the microphone only can hear at normal volume? Im using U-Mobile and the network is full bar.

nope. My casing cuting is match with the phone and im pretty sure when call or receiving calls i did not block the mic. Only when receiving calls would have problem, other than that, when i call back its okay as in normal.

So far im not sure will the location affect it but will be more attentive to that. If this persists, would say its hardware problem right? Hmm.. darn it.

I have reset the whole thing including delete all files and settings, so far it's okay for 2 calls. At least its normal. Hopefully there's no more problem for this. Thank you all for your help.

And its back with the damn problem after i installed back all my backup apps and all. This is so frustrating.

I purchased this phone from mobile2go at lazada and its kinda chaotic just to receive the phone. I purchased and nearly a week they only process my order. I called them and they just told me still processing so i just replied sure i will wait. Then lazada told me they cancel the order cause too long processing due to lazada own policy. After that the next day i got the phone from gdex. So happy and now just to realized a rather unfortunate for the phone to be so problematic. I cant return to the shop cause im living far from any of their branch. The next few days im going overseas again. So little time and now this to happen...

Thats what i thought. So i removed all those non-essential and choose backup which are essential apps like those banking apps, some basic games that did not use mics.. so far its okay.. I will test it for further confirmation if i required to go for a warranty.

Also one more thing, where to choose volte option? Or is it available by default cause mine is all grayed out at the in the network settings other than on/off data, choose which data type (4g/3g/2g) and thats it. Inside sim settings also only roaming, access point and network operators. Is this normal.?
