Hi all, just bought the oneplus 6 red (a6000). First oneplus phone for me and now im having problem. Just want to check with you all sifu, anyone got the call quality problem? Like when people called in, they cant really hear me or need to speak directly at the microphone only can hear at normal volume? Im using U-Mobile and the network is full bar.

Only when receiving calls would have problem, other than that, when i call back its okay as in normal.

Check calls from multiple locations and see if there's any difference. If there's none (as in it's bad everywhere), you might want to send it in for warranty claims. Or is it available by default cause mine is all grayed out at the in the network settings other than on/off data, choose which data type (4g/3g/2g) and thats it.
