Yea, nothing much to talk about. As I'm a basic user, I still use my OP6 as daily driver. Emails, messages, maps, ewallet, banking, web browsing. Occasional photos & videos of family. Can lah. It does its job, nothing spectacular. Not speedy fast but does not lag either.

Considering OP10pro or Honor Magic 4 pro as next phone, mainly so that a flagship device can last me another 4 years and also for the new camera capabilities.

Yes, OP6 still alright for daily driver, no complains or whatsoever. Just dont die on me. hehe...

Guess, just need to scout for next phone...

Cheers.

What are you eyeing next?

not sure...have not really survey any brand or model, OP6 died so sudden.

with the budget of around RM2k, not into gaming, not into photos, perhaps would like a phone for music/ audiophile. Any recommendation? LG V60 ThinQ? LG smartphones in malaysia seems like a dead d?! Sony Xperia 1 iii?

Is Huawei without playstore still a good choice? Or should i go for value for money device like Vivo, Realme and Xiaomi? May b will be looking at older models of 'flagship' from Huawei, Vivo, etc...

whatever you buy, you will still use it as you always had---call, whatsapp, photos, browsing etc etc
i have stopped using my OP6T. now i'm using iphone 11 which came out in 2019
it really doesnt matter for me anymore, i will just choose between a samsung or an iphone

quite true...for normal daily usage for work and personal, better to choose a reliable brand...less headache and less worry

got back my 1+6. cant be repaired. i believe the technician reflashed with ori rom, boot on the set up, completed a few set up, then hang and went black, auto re-boot and went into crash dump mode. went through this a few times, same results, went back to crash dump mode.

any idea how much to reballing IC? is it worth it? if this hardware issue ie hardware about to fail, reballing may not fix it right?
