thanks for your suggestion benny888! you were right, I just sent my phone in for repair for the issues below:
1. Dust trapped in the upper rear camera module (2nd repair this time) told them to clean and "seal" it properly. (Covered under warranty)
2. Bottom portion of the alert slider pushed inwards (cause i dropped it) (Not covered under warranty, will charge less than RM10 for button replacement)

I called XianFeng earlier today but they couldn't confirm if they can repair as the boss was not in the office.
