 Windows 10 Installation, Stop in the middle

Hi, i've a desktop currently still running windows 7 and now i bought a new SSD and wanna install windows 10 on it.

My desktop spec:
intel qx9650
asus p5n7a-vm
4GB ram
sandisk SSD plus 256

with setup above, during installation i was stuck in the middle, it show the screen about media driver required.

Anyone can help on this ?

you got windows 10 disc or bootable pendrive?

from the mobo support page at asus, your mobo is using nforce chipset. you can try driverpacks from this page, https://www.win-raid.com/t15f37-NVIDIA-Opti...-Vista-Win.html to see if it works for your mobo.

alternatively, for this mobo, just stick to w7.

You can try cloning the Windows 7 to the SSD (so you have Windows on both your hard disks). Disconnect the old HDD (leave it as a backup).

Then download the W10 Media Creation Tool on the SSD and install from there. Your W7 license should work with it.
