Hi there may I know when you change to get the free service? According to the website no more Huawei free service day. Is it still every first Fri and Sat of the month? but decided to change for a few reason.

Also you mentioned phone reset. I am a bit worried since I do not want a phone reset. Can they change the battery without deleting the data in it?
