I'm still downloading the update since yesterday 9pm until now, only 72% complete. Is this normal?

UniFi 800mbps line. Torrent / Download from other sites max out easily.

Since you are commenting on P20 Pro so I'm going to give you feedback on this.
So far the phone has been superb, with the exception on laggy Google Maps.

They will reset your phone so backup everything.
Take 2-3 hours.
If you can wait for service day then can replace for RM69.

Anyone face issue with the fast charging system? Nowadays my phone just stop fast charging and instead resort to slow charging.

Yes, that's what I experienced previously before completely slow charging right now.
