QUOTE(Eugene91 @ Oct 2 2018, 09:19 PM) I'd recommend the Aukey Latitude Wireless Earbuds EP-B40. It supports Qualcomm aptX. Quality is quite good in my opinion. It has 3 EQ modes (Normal, Bass and Treble). Sorry, but Huawei is not using Qualcomm, no?

QUOTE(Joshua_0718 @ Oct 3 2018, 01:40 AM) Sorry, but Huawei is not using Qualcomm, no? Nope. But apparently it does support it. I'm using it. I had an Edifier W293BT which supports aptX too and accidentally washed it in the washing machine. The Aukey sound quality is better than the Edifier W293BT. https://www.aptx.com/products/huawei-p20-pro-smartphone

QUOTE(muncheno @ Oct 2 2018, 01:20 PM) Hi, Anyone here know to how set Bluetooth to auto connect to car Bluetooth player? With Huawei, it does not auto connect when I switch on the car player. On my old phones they all will auto connect when disconnected. Thanks in advance. what car u use? ur car player can accept how many bluetooth connection at a time? I've changed few phones with same car, all auto connects including P20. I never turn off my phone bluetooth, at home also auto connect to my bluetooth speaker when in range.

QUOTE(Joshua_0718 @ Oct 3 2018, 01:40 AM) Sorry, but Huawei is not using Qualcomm, no? aptx codec is part of Android Oreo supported Bluetooth codec. if u r interested, u can activate ur developer option and check all the available codec there.

QUOTE(olygopoly @ Oct 3 2018, 12:06 PM) Thanks for the info. BTW is the Enable all optional codec is the one to select is it ? i think Enable Optional Codecs mean others rare codec that is infrequent used. i nv use the settings before... i advise u set manually if suspect ur audio didn't activate the aptx. and after u set, try reboot it and see the settings is retain or not.

Not all wireless headsets support aptX. Check the product description. This shows up for aptX devices.
