Bank Simpanan Nasional in trouble right now after their maintenance upgrade.

So many customer money lesap in their account.

Some of them lesap RM10, some of them RM100 and above.

Their upgrade doesn't make it any better, but getting worst.

Cannot do many transaction. Really fark up bank

btw, my first bank account as a child was in BSN but sadly they closed their branch in my hometown liao.

Its BSN, they can say if u tak suka, u guna bank lain. Probably don't have backup plan and testing phase.

BNM shoulder forced commercial banks to set up branches at ulu areas as CSR. BSN then can tapau permanently.

Banks should hire people based on their experience and knowledge, if the technical team is inexperience, then how to support the system?

In IT, 1 hour down is normal. > 1 hour is unacceptable but tolerable. 1 day is disaster and more than 2 day,apocalypse and need to fire the team and do damage control. bank even more. Luckily, BSN ada payung gov.

Fuh..just now try login mybsn.. Accnt status N/A. No balance at all. Nasib baik ada PIDM.

Now they should be rectify that. Hard times are coming, sweat flowing and fear inside.

PIDM ask you for proof of deposit........ your online account showed nil.... so nothing can do for you

seriously the bladdy bank have not tested the upgrade on the test environment and have it all signed by the relevant personnel before doing in on live system? When fail need to do a roll back and etc.

I never trust BSN to start with as this bank I heard before were also prone on the ATM withdrawal trick

Currently I'm using ambank like for 10 years already. The service is quite good but not that good la. Mana ada yg perfect right?? Online transaction is better. Login check account status and so on is good. Loyalty program also good, at least for me.

Fak dis stupid bank. Lucky i got backup acount.

Tried to transfer some money yesterday but cannot online . Then go to the counter have to wait 30mins for them to finish with the lady in front of me....
What I hate the most is the person in the counter go solve other people problem first before attending to her own counter...

Public Bank very fast service.

CIMB bank very slow service and their staff give you long face as if you owe them money, after you take your money from them you better tabik and say, "Terima Kasih".

Those 2 no comment, for sure hard to find branch when you need it 😵

Yesterday i want to online transfer money from cimb to bsn. But bsn is not in the bank list. Is it because of the system upgrade?

I had the same issue with instant transfer only. But GIRO seemed okay. Asked Maybank CS and they told me to contact BSN.

Still not settle?? They probably chose the cheapest no experience vendor for the upgrade

It's well known that every numbers are very important in banking industry.
System upgrade jer can have 3 digits error. Lul

But system still not up. Say till 4th sept 11am. Yesterday evening i saw lots of people outside bsn. And im surprised even today still not fully operational. For a bank to be like this is unforgivable.

Cannot brain what the bank management was thinking doing such risky system upgrade beginning of the month.

Just read the fb, even online banking cannot use. This is really stupid
