Fissures and pie crusts tongue

So I have this for 4 days already. Not sure what the cause. I can see the pie crust getting better but not the fissure. My tongue only have 1 big ass fissure in the middle and its getting bigger by day. What make it worst is I’m in customer service field, I can’t talk properly since it hurt when I talk. I DO NOT want to MC. I just need a quick fix that I can easily buy, any idea? If it lips I could just apply bonjela.
