But I am posting on behalf of a very close friend, she told me that whenever she is about to have her period, she will always need to go to the toilet and purge , somewhat like diarrhea, and it's almost everyday , few times a day. Is this a possible sign or symptoms for girls that their period is coming ? Or it's just purely coincidence ?

But the diarrhea / purge stops when she is on her period, so could it just be a sign or symptoms or a way that her body is telling her that period is coming ? Hospital sounds a bit early for now, since this kind of situation happens ever since her first period long time ago.

hi. from what i know, this is completely common, and some girls have it.
you can google about it, its quite common, but yet not really understand why it is happening.

so, dont worry too much. you (or your friend) can go google about it for more info and how to make the experience a more comfortable experience.

It's common. The hormone changes and causes more bowel movement and stomach discomfort. I prefer the diarrhea compared to the continual extreme stomach cramp.
