Another affected buyer.
I purchased from this store because
a. It was the cheapest in the market
b. Lazada ran out of stock for the cheaper price phones
c. The seller had a 4.2/5 rating
Regret my purchase now.

Tried contacting 11street both phone and online but they said need 2-3 working days to process. Fair enough. I will wait.
Either way, all I can advice for future buyers is, avoid this seller plus+ online at all costs.

based on the review below.
"Purchase with value price and received on next day. Buy twilight color and it really look nice! Thank you!"
So am not sure if the seller put the wrong price and don't want to deliver the product or stock difficulties. I do not intend to cancel my order and I will make sure 11street honours my purchase.

I have purchased phones from 11street before without issues. But dealing with their customer service was shocking (Customer service is likely outsourced to India). This would not have happened on Lazada. (I hope lazada did not outsource their customer service to India too).
