Well your phone do last long.
My phone did not even reach one day.
Around 5 pm with 38% battery left with 3 and a half hours SOT only.
It seems my Note9 phone is repeating the same problem that happened with my old Note8.
RMA perhaps?

My cable doesnt expose to any water. My phone in casing, no uv glue or tempered glass whatsoever

Don't worry as the SC technicians will perform IP68 water resistance test before releasing your phone back to you. Basically it is as good as new.

Owh didnt know about it.. Since they going to format the phone.. Hopefully they didnt install propertly so fail water test and give me a new phone.   

Correcto, they do exactly that and dip it under water for around 20 mins to see if it hold the IP68 test.

According to the industry standard, it's supposed to be submersible at 1 metre's depth for 30 minutes. So I suppose after that given time, the device it supposed to be able to power  on and function normally.

The SC is obviously not gonna return your phone in that condition if it fails the test. They have an obligation to ensure that it passes the test, further more if the phone is under warranty. Most of us who have visited the Samsung SC can attest that they do a very good job.

I cannot give you an answer to tell you how they quantitatively measure a pass or fail because I am not a technician at Samsung SC but rest assured I will ask to find out more the next time I pay them a visit.
