That is correct from a general perspective Bro. Of course cheap Android One phones also can make calls and snap pictures. But what we want is premium feel, great technological innovations and most importantly the reliable after sales service.

Hence, the huge price gap between the two phones, which targets various market segments. If you can afford and want premium, for sure you will go for Mercedes and not something else with only a Mercedes engine it in. 🤣😂

Also Samsung Service is unmatched in Malaysia when it comes to Mobile. Sony and Oppo kinda hopeless hahaha.

Change screen, parts replacements.

If you think Samsung crap you should experience the rest weh. I swear you'll change your mind.

The free case from Samsung is thinner compare to Ringke but Ringke has drop protection... 

Ok means  140 for first year screen replacement if happen (touch wood) and 140 for extra year but tat dont have screen cover right?

I install this Glastimate Siege full cover at Action Accessories KLCC...freaking expansive tho...rm205.

The first installation by them, when I checked it on the spot got one dust-like underneath. They try to clean it off but it turns out it is a defect. So they change again. 2nd and 3rd TG also got defect. The 4th one luckily no defect. Good customer service I would say. According to them, it's a first batch and normally bound to see defect one. At that time I was using the Samsung silicon cover that come with the phone. Installation done on the day Samsung do roadshow at KLCC.

Until, a few days back I almost dropped my phone. So i went to Lowyat Samsung at ground floor to get the UAG Plasma. Salesgirl wasn't quite sure if it won't affect the top part of the TG. So we tested it and it seems to fit just nice. When I inspect closely, the TG was fitted slightly below. see below photo. zoom in to the speaker you can see the TG hole is not 100% aligned.

My kid somehow will accidentally drop the phone (dropped N time on prev phone)... 
So far based on previous experience, Ringke managed to protect my phone, my prev phone still survives after 2 years of usage + dropping...
I jz put it on for peace of mind...

Of course can get scratched la. Gorilla glass is not made from diamond ok. There are still tons of materials harder than the glass! If it's just some dirt or chemical try using alcohol first, or sanitiser and rub it hard and see. Might affect your olephobic coating though.
