Well, I am holding back my purchase until HTC solves the driver problem or probably until N95 solve their lousy GPS system. I allocated the cash and it's only which product getting it.

Hi guys. Latest owner of Tytn2. Bought it at PC fair today. Wallet damn big hole but I hope it's worth every cent I paid.

I hope it's just SIRIM sticker interfering with GPS signal and causing the slow GPS lock on my Tytn2.

Added on April 20, 2008, 7:43 pmThe time I bought, from PC fair, they have 3rd party insurance. RM111 for first 3 months for Tytn2. After that it's rm242, i think. Gurantee against theft, water soaking, screen shatter and one more thing.

Haven't been on this thread for a while. well, my tytn2 sometimes also hangs (white screen) when I charge my pda.


PDA Expert at PC fair gives 4GB, so shouldn't be a problem. Dunno what's class 6 though.


If any of you guys got TYTN2 at the PC fair and got the RM68 package for one additional year warranty, I think their reps will be calling you shortly about your SIS membership card.

If you bought it from PDAexpert, ask them to upgrade the official 6.1 for you. I just returned from Lowyat Plaza, went there at 8pm to flash to 6.1 from 6.0.

Having played with Touch Diamond, Touch Pro and owning TYTNII. Get Diamond if you don't need keyboard.

One of the PDA Expert guys screws up my Mapking (GPS totally not working). No free time to make a journey to LYP after office hours as well. Can I just reinstall Mapking myself or there's a serial number needed?

so what's WM7.0 have over WM6.1?

win6.1 gives you threaded sms (sms in conversation style). It was said to be more energy saving that 6.0 but I can't statistically attest to it.
