QUOTE(Sheep319 @ Jul 29 2007, 10:45 PM)
lol. Now this is a persoalan.

Iraq have no famous players abroad = Not same as Malaysia (?)
Iraq lives in a war-torn country = Not same as Malaysia
Iraq has no proper training equipments = Not same as Malaysia

And what makes Iraq more powerful than Malaysia?

Our national football team should be ashamed for themselves. With all the financial support & facilities, our national team play worse than schoolboys.

Iraq with all limited support still can win, salutes to them. Its all the hardworking team work & self-motivating. rclxms.gif

Not a real surprise as very defensive teams do very well in competitions like Italy, France and now Iraq. Malaysia just need to learn how to defend like them.

Aiks lol. Indra Putra's goal is included in ESPN's top ten goals.

But still, it's a good goal, and most of all, Yuki Abe and Malek's goal,
STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL!

congrat Iraqi.

tho i m no fan of Iraq national team (heck... i am no fan MY national team either...!!!), i was rooting for Iraq to win. To me their victory shows that passion will drive success. Its not about money or facilities (though both will ease the process) but passion to win.

Iraq practically do not have any facilities. No league. heck... they even have to train in Jordan. BRAVO.

another reason i want Iraq to win to show those "leader" in FAM what a failure they are. Those money spend... its for nothing...!!!

A war torn country can win Asian Cup. But a 50yrs old nation? Can't beat a south east asia team. No need to build a sports complex in London. Better to train at Iraqi desert.

Should have been at least 2-0.
Their coach went to be coach for South Korea now.
We'll see what they do in the coming tournament such as World Cup etc.
