What they want is the result. Sounds like u worked in Dell or HP before or those type of MNC companies. Well, those MNC's they're working project based and result oriented. As long as the solution works, then it is ok. less documentations, less approval authority. If they don't like the project, just capitalize it and let go of the resources. In PET-ICT, they're the CMMI type company, full process oriented. and its proven to work. WFH is unheard of at PET-ICT. Maybe in rare cases only. |
