My card is fraud with iTunes payment while I'm not in the country, receive the  2 transactions msg today (txn fall on yesterday) once I place in my sim card today. Called MBB CS and they have terminated my card and replacement. The CS say can fill dispute form only after the txn posted, however i check in M2U it's not authorised, how am I going to know when it posted?

Just to share my experience with you all, I have just encountered my first ever credit card fraud on my Barcelona VS card.

I received 2 SMS alerts last night on spending at iTunes which I don't maintain an account. So I called Maybank on the number behind the card and the customer service staff helped me to cancel the card and a new one will issued to me for collection at a branch.

I was also told that when I collect my replacement card, I need to submit a form to dispute the transactions if those are posted in to my statement, but I don't need to pay for the disputed transactions.
