Hi I saw this RM1 charge on my AMEX card that says statement fee. I can't find anyone talking about on google or any information on Maybank's website.

By the description, it seems like physical statement is being delivered to my address and I have to pay for it? If so, how do I avoid that?

Thanks a lot. Turns out the new Maybank2u interface doesn't have the option to choose for email statement delivery for the credit cards, but the old login UI does. SMH maybank shakehead.gif

Just tried to add my email via the new UI but it says service not available at the moment. sweat.gif I'll check again tomorrow to see if the changes I made in the old UI is reflected in the new UI.

Hi another question here. I bought AirAsia tickets online on the AirAsia website with my AMEX card on Saturday.

According to the terms and conditions here, I should be eligible for cashback from the purchase right? If so, how long does it usually take to be credited?

I'm new to cc.

Wan ask if I buy 2k phone what cards to use to get best benefits?

Should I buy online or go to shop buy entitle more?

Weekdays or weekend?

Cash back or treat point better for me?

I'm holding master n Amex card.

Sorry I'm new n not yet activate card

AMEX for the 5% cashback during weekends (Saturday and Sunday). The treatpoints are worse than cashback, 5X treatpoints on weekdays is the equivalent of 1% cashback.

The MC/Visa card frankly is useless at 1X treatpoints. 0.2% cashback on all. A lot of better cards out there.

Shop/online does not matter. EDIT: Make sure the shop/store accepts AMEX, a lot of shops do not.

Yes. As a rule of thumb, generally the stores that accept AMEX cards are high street brands like starbucks, apple, high end hotels and supermarkets. Lazada and shopee do not take amex cards though.

I give up on using AMEX for FoodPanda, never goes through for me at all. shakehead.gif

Something is wrong on Foodpanda's payment processing gateway, until they fix it will probably use my other cards to get CB instead.
