I don't have the habit to check my statement as I'm very dependant to M2U, I just realised a lot of my points have expired since December.

Funny enough I did redeem once around Oct for SST waiver. Latest ones will be almost 7k just expired in Jan + Feb while I only redeemed 20k in early March for my M2Premier SST.

Yeah but I can't remember the password to open the file so I usually don't bother and will check directly by downloading from M2U site. However, this is not done too.

for Maxis bill, MaxisPay no longer accept AMEX, you can pay via m2u "Bill Payment"... remember select your Amex card when make payment... by default, it is pay from saving account...

for Astro bill, same method used as above...

I top up RM4000* only using Amex since 13/3. It is under Telecommunications for Amex-Boost (M2U pie-chart). I received 5X TP since 14/3.

* I did suggest we could top up RM15k in a month to get RM50 rebate + RM150 worth of Treatpoints (Boost Thread).

If you have M2 Amex, why still trying to use BigPay to top up Boost? Amex can give better return than Bigpay!

Applied the M2 Platinum at the branch few days back

and I've no late/default payments from my other CC as well
I only got 2 CC from HLB, and 1 from Citi, and 1 BP debit card

Every bank has different assessment and they are not obligated to share the rejection reason... Gotta try again 6 months later.

please do not mislead others, other will think they got rejected due to having too many CC. There is many reason the bank will reject your application. We all dont know what parameter they use. It is a closely guarded secret.
I have, 3 from MBB, 2 from SC, 2 from PB, 1 from CIMB and 1 from Aeon. My application never got reject. My latest credit card is from CIMB. Approved on March 2019. I start using CC since 2017
