Is that possible for Maybank Gold to upgrade to Maybank Platinum, by keeping the exiting credit card account /number etc?
Has anyone did this before? Or I need to cancel the current Gold and apply a new account in Platinum? |

Just called customer service this month, and able to close the mastercard while remain AMEX on hand.
To save some government service tax for unused card. |

been to credit card center and only know that on the spot voucher redemption is no longer available. forced to pay the additional RM15 shipping fees for redemption online.. Steve78 liked this post
