If I cancel my visa, will I loss all treatpoints that were collected under visa account?

I have just called. They will transfer to under the amex card

I have cancelled the visa as well. They allow to cancel the visa. But the cs did ask me what reason and I explain SST. It seems that they will allow that if it is due to SST.

The CS said something to the effect of "If SST is the reason, we will allow cancellation of the card"

Great news. I still have BTs in that card, luckily my card will expire around March/April, I will ask them to transfer those BTs to my AmEx later.

I need to transfers my BT from VISA to Amex too.. I Usenet visa to monitor my BT repayment.. if they allow to cancel visa, I will just transfer to AMEX

Just cancelled mine too... remember to state the reason as "due to sst". Else they won't help you to cancel. (initially I said I'm not using it and they CS dont want to help me cancel. )

that's true for other banks as well. if you say not using it they will tell you all the benefits of the card etc. once u say also because sst, they will offer u retention offers.

Not doing another BT, just transferring the installment to this card and continue paying there.

not sure about BT, but i transferred my instalments from amex to barcelona previously when i cancelled the amex.

Me too. Request to cancel visa. If they accidentally cancel both cards I don't have to pay 1k in amex outstanding balance. 🤣

I assumed you meant AmEx. If your insurance auto-debit is on weekends, yes you will get but you can't control auto-debit date right?
Well, yes if it accepts AmEx and transacted on weekends.
