sorry I forgot to mention that he tried to apply Citibank before also failed. Not sure what is wrong there 

yea, been doing it almost monthly this year alone already many CS straight tell ezpay not eligible for cb without checking and not aware of the issue with the system for not crediting the cashback, after few cases i just ask them refer to their manager (same happen at card centre too) so i wouldn't need to talk so much and explain in detail before they help to escalate the issue

You mean, say if I make payment for statement balance of 1k and I click it as repeated payment, it will pay the amount in my statement balance in future and not the same amount I'm paying now, i.e, 1k?
