so, by utilizing 4k CL, Maybank considered pay the seller for full 4k laptop price.
seller release the laptop for you. your txn with seller completed.
now, you owe Maybank 4k (utilized CL) + 1k available CL (unutilized)
then you gotta repay Maybank by 300 per month instalments.
after each installment cycle (300 charged to your statement), your CL restored back 300 (you gotta pay the statement in full eventually)
