My experience in 2017-18... all immediate online transactions (with Amex Safekey/OTP), transacted on weekend and posted on the same day. I bought Etiqa Motor Insurance & Etiqa Travel Insurance online.

Your scenario may be buying the insurance by phone, and via standing instruction.

I am not participating in the Maybank - Visa Debit game... My card not inactive.

Not really identical but similar issue.
My supp card swipe for 50k (CL) last month (slightly over actually), but I had top up into my CC account before next billing cycle.
So when she tried to swipe for another 5k, it was unable to get through (even the leftover CL shown in M2U is more than 5k).
Called CS and were told that for supp card, the limit for each month is equivalent to CL, even you have top up the amount.
For principal, there is no issue, you can spend any amount and top up, as long as the actual amount owe bank < CL.

As I was away and unable to swipe for it personally, I tried to ask for temporary CL increase.
Finally the transaction went through.
Upon checking M2U, I saw that CL only increase for 1k.
I am not sure how they actually calculated the amount.
I believe we can go beyond CL for about 10%.

Note: I am not sure if direct cash deposit into supp card acc number will increase back the CL

I also don't understand. It is different from the previous one, can get 1 prize per day.
Forget the Bigpay/Boost, spend in other currencies, 3001 winners!
Local spend only 730 winners, but very very competitive!

P/S: Cardmembers may only win one prize throughout the campaign.

Unfortunately no. Been looking for it for some time but found none.

Can't use Amex for AXA, only for Etiqa.

It is standard. It is for every 100 qualify for 1 entry. If you spend 200, it qualify for 2 entries n so on so forth.

Why said in a single transaction? It means if u got 2 transactions each 250. So u get 2 entries for each transaction n not 5 total entries based on total 500 spent.

In the past contest. They got illustration shown.

My CL negative since 11.11 and no issue using both AMEX and FCB for online and other transactions. Maybe not yet reached the buffer
Anyway, my CL will be positive once I settle the due amount this week

Looks like you might be in trouble with the below clause.

Split and or repetitive retail transaction of five (5) times and above in a day from the same merchant(s) are disallowed and shall be disqualified.

Hmm... but the above clause points otherwise. There's no point to come up with that clause if the calculation is as per your description, no?

If I wish to upgrade my card to platinum, how does the SST work? Have cancelled the other card due to SST and keep my AMEX, no SST charged yet because my card expires next year in March.

So if my request to upgrade to Platinum is approved, will there be two credit cards given and I gotta pay RM50 SST? Or I can simply request for one card, AMEX to be upgraded only. And do I have to send the request and ensure it's approved prior my current Gold card expiry is March to avoid double charge of SST?
