Yes i fully paid the outstanding on 25th October and then noticed that there is this rm70+ plus in my balance statement.

your payment @ 25 Oct was to clear Statement Balance as of 8 Oct (Statement Date aka BILL DATE) <-- this is your CURRENT Statement Balance.

Statement Balance WILL NOT CHANGE because that's the historical bill @ 8 Oct.

previously, Outstanding Balance = RM75.80, then after payment @ 25 Oct, Outstanding Balance = RM0.00.

in short, you owe NOTHING.


assuming no spending between 9 Oct - 8 Nov ...... your Nov statement would be generated @ 8 Nov, and NEW Statement Balance = RM0.00

Ohhhhh, ok i think i've got it now. I did spend an amount in between 9 Oct - 8 Nov, i should be expecting to be able to pay it come 8th nov right? Also, is it the 8th of every month for everyone else too?

yep, any spending between 9 Oct - 8 Nov, all will be statement-ed on 8 Nov, your bill date. this amount shall be your NEW Statement Balance.

Payment Due Date (PDD) shall be +20 days from 8 Nov, hence must clear off your 8 Nov's Statement Balance by 28 Nov.

yes, can change the statement date. last time i asked, here are the dates: 3 6 8 12 14 18 21 24 26 28 EOM (end of month)

Just tried the amex contactless in mcd n it failed...

until there is an official announcement, it's highly unlikely that the contactless feature be enabled. not to mention many merchants don't accept amex at the moment.

Cannot combine and redeem? bec T&C say only principal card holder can redeem TP

My monthly credit limit is RM5,000

In maybank2u is says available credit limit is - 403.07. Does it means I can now spend RM403.07 or RM5,403.07(RM5,000+403.07)?

Tried Amex wave at MCD, failed as well..

Until MBB really launch this Amex wave card, i guess most terminal it's still not updated yet.
