usually for courier delivery, they separate by zone because it need to transit from main hub -> smaler hubs (northern, southern, etc).

within KV, SLA is within 1-2 days. outside of KV, extra days. if outside KV but in ulu place/inaccessible places, longer.

5 days is inefficient? I have experienced worse from other banks.

U misunderstanding what I'm trying to say. I didn't complaint for inefficiency. I just trying to elaborate how others ppl might feel. If u can't accept just ignore it. I don't like to make argument.

Nope, staying in Penang here & my Barcelona VS was approved & delivered pretty fast. Compared to PBB which I've been waiting for like almost 3 weeks now.

I already stated if u can't accept my explanation just ignore it. Regarding the other post -sometimes u need to play a bad guy to get the answer otherwise the answer just in between grey area. I am aware of some people not happy, as long as I get the answer I don't care.

I think I may be a bit late in this new wave AMEX thing, so if one already has the old Amex, MBB will post the new wave enabled AMEX automatically?

Or we need to call CS to request? We don't need to pay reissue fee for this right?

At this moment, they won't change automatically.
You need to request for a change at no fee.

You'll need to call CS to request for the contactless AMEX as replacement to your existing non-contactless AMEX. Based on the others who have succeeded, no fee since Maybank will tag the old card as faulty / defective.

basic rule of thumb, if you are earning more than rm25 a year from the credit card, then you should keep it.
