Which version did you get, the 3GB+32GB one? Mine doesn't crash, but yes, there is some very, very minor lag when switching apps but that's too be expected if you're used to flagship grade phones.

Try updating your firmware and clear the cache. The phone is very stable and no crashing for most users.

As for the slow and lagginess, maybe you only have 3gb memory and using too much app switching. FB especially takes a lot of memory. I don't do FB but I do have occasionally slow app switching which is fine with me. Not so much lag until it is annoying.

for e.g., when want to make phone call... the phone app can take up to 2 second just to load up! not to mentiond the camera app i get like >50% of crash rate, everytime want to take photo.

Something doesn't sound right then. I also have the 3GB/32GB version and my camera doesn't crash plus my phone app doesn't take that long to launch!

I'm using the same apps as before (with 327). Never had this (probable) wakelock issue before. Could it be that the system update itself is flawed?

System's running processes run at a constant 1.5GB now instead of as low as 1.3GB with 327. Does this not indicate a higher usage of resources?

That's a lot. Mine only have like 500mb free. Which is fine as long as it still works properly. Memories are meant to be used. If the OS can use it to 100% but with efficiency then it is fine.

8 hour standby drain on airplane mode/power saver setting (both have the same effect) from full charge: 1% (battery stats show 0 usage by system).

8 hour overnight standby drain in idle mode with network open but data off: 2%

3 - 4 hrs daytime standby drain on idle with network open but data off (zero usage): 1%

Defeats the purpose of having a big battery. Hell...my old power hungry Intel chipped Z2 gives me a 3% overnight drain!

Get rid of it. It doesn't belong on your phone.
