To renew sole proprietor license, either go to CCM yourself or ask a runner to do it for you. Some company secretary did help customer to renew sole proprietor license.

Sdn Bhd has a lot tax advantages if compared to sole proprietor/partnerships.sdn bhd is more for partnership

Of course if the sales volume is not high, then it is better not to form a sdn bhd.
