I want to register a F&B business and open a shop. Currently I'm still looking for a suitable shoplot. If I register my business now but only open my shop in few months time, is my registered business still be valid?

After I register with SSM, then what do i need to do next? Thanks

Added on March 22, 2010, 5:55 pmI can't register at www.malaysia.gov.my. Some error appeared. Is the government went for coffee break? Anyhow, is there any other way to register a business?
