In terms of ID, mulia residence is the best. I dont think u need to do major renovation inside there, the tiles everything already so beautiful. But the rooms quite small since I have 4 kids. Need to consider that as well. The store room is OK.
Maple is spacious enough for our family. The type is usual stuff la macam terraced home.
Safiro for me, quite small if 20 x 70. No guest room at ground floor, in fact no family hall upstairs too. Big VOID space for that chandelier hanging kot?
i dont favor mulia layout design at the ground floor which put the toilet outside the bedroom...inconvenience for my kids, especially girls.In terms of ID, mulia residence is the best.
