About half of the units in Lavile will be blocked by Platinum Mira, which itself will mostly be blocked by Lavile and Amaya Maluri.

Apparently PV has won the court case to possess the land that Platinum Mira will be situated on. However, the defendant has appealed the case.

If you look at the sales brochure carefully, it is only "registration of interest", not "open for purchase/booking".

If they don't win the case, the project won't even be launched.

If any sales agent pressures you to pay booking fee via checks/money transfer for exclusive unit/lot booking, ignore them until the project has been finalized. They're using the checks/receipts as marketing materials to get more buyers in (Fear of missing out- FOMO tactic).

It is so worry to invest whole life money into a troublesome project, if abandon, cannot sell, cannot stay, but to pay installment together with.interest to bank, the whole life will be ruined
