if you look the rental at Amaya, you will see that around rm1400 - rm2000+ for unit slightly bigger than type B, 691sqf. To even breakeven for type b you need around rm2000 excl maintenance fee, so even at Mira price now, we are just barely breaking even. Don't forget all the surrounding will be flushed with new completed project like Una, Laville or even M Vertical! Unless there is a sudden explosive demand, i don't see Mira rental going any further.
