Guys I have research of 3 project for Investment, which you people think is the best?

1) pv Mira, maluri, freehold
Pro--perfect location, cheapest freehold in maluri, potential for investment.
Con - no view, not preferable for own stay, narrow land (worried about the safety of the unit)

2) M Oscar, sri petaling, freehold
Pro - lot of facilities, good location (nearby mrt2), low density, 2 car park, nearby no more land for other project development so price might be good in future,for own stay is quite a good choice as well.
Con- mah sing, not much booster nearby, quite pricey.

3)riana dutamas, Segambut, freehold
Pro-nearby metropolis, unit price will be real good in future, 3 phase, two for residential 1for fully commercial all have individual security and gate, nearby ktm sagambut (17 minute to kl sentral), road connect to many part of kl, good developer, walking distance to metropolis?
Con - no amenities nearby, must drive because nothing within walking distance, facilities and design looks so so, lot of factory nearby (might be move out in future), cemetery nearby.
