I had informed agent(s) one critical success factor of rental play about this project ie, make the south gate. But I think the agent(s) may not be able to convince the developer. Understand this project got a bit "delayed" Hence l type it here to let forumers to discuss, at least can chui sui. In case no one has typed this suggestion before, convert the south perimeter wall to be a gate at least assessable by residents (if not vehicles). Outside this gate, there is an existing covered walking path(almost fully covered) to Aion and Malu-ni stn(pintu A) (Understand there may be tons of "excuses" not to) Take a look at Amaia, an adjacent project. It is relying this similar entrance/exit for tenants/residents to walk to/from the shopping complex and the train stn. Midbrain liked this post
