I had informed agent(s) one critical success factor of rental play about this project ie, make the south gate. But I think the agent(s) may not be able to convince the developer. Understand this project got a bit "delayed"

Hence l type it here to let forumers to discuss, at least can chui sui.

In case no one has typed this suggestion before, convert the south perimeter wall to be a gate at least assessable by residents (if not vehicles). Outside this gate, there is an existing covered walking path(almost fully covered) to Aion and Malu-ni stn(pintu A)
(Understand there may be tons of "excuses" not to)

Take a look at Amaia, an adjacent project. It is relying this similar entrance/exit for tenants/residents to walk to/from the shopping complex and the train stn.

If really keen, consider submitting a post dated cheque (with a pre-agreed date with them) with the assumption you trust them.

From the given layout, yes one block.

Suggest buyers go tekan the dev to submit for a gate be open to Jln Jejiak as spelt earlier. Ask them to show at least the application documents on the gate(approval lagi best).

If dev keeps playing taichi saying they are busy on other higher priority issues/busy handling great response, then you know the answer.

Last l heard still ongoing. Neighbor hasn't given up.
Suggest to talk to an SA should one is interested to sign spa.

Should one believe a booking form is sufficient and flexible then keep the form until they call.
