 Putting a protector on the back part of iPad, Will it leave permanent mark?

Hi all, I have an iPad Pro and a Targus casing that leaves the back part exposed (due to casing design 360 rotation), and have gotten a screen protector (not tempered glass) to protect the exposed part of the iPad.

Question, any idea if it will leave any sort of permanent mark after several months/years of using? Pic as below, thanks!

Well u got a point there lol, but who knows maybe couple of months down the road I’ll sell it to for upgrades biggrin.gif
