Think this way, is the time and cost spent in the jam can offset the cheaper property at your current place? Or willing to pay more but save in term of everything (less jam, nearer to family, more time together at home rather than on the road, etc..) but still i am not sure whether is this a rational move or not.
Same as people from johor and work in sg, is the time and cost of travelling daily to and forth sg and jb justifiable of some saving in higher rental fee in sg?
